Reload Case Preparation System (RCPS)

RCPS consists of several standalone units that can be configured in various ways to create a fully automated case-preparation system that handles cases from 22 Hornet up to 505 Gibbs. The system comprises:

1. The Reload Drive Unit

supplies the power; each additional unit attached also draws power from the drive unit
provides the drive to the case transport system that takes cases from one station to the next
takes 220v AC power input
The Reload Case Feeder is attached to the Reload Drive unit and feeds cases directly into the case transport system

2. The Reload Annealer

The Reload Annealer is a fully automated Induction case annealer:

easy to assemble
easy to change from one calibre to another
fast (annealing in 2-3 seconds)
adaptable (anneals cases from 22 Hornet to 505 Gibbs)

3. The Reload Press Unit is designed to form the base for multiple functions:

it draws power from the Reload Drive Unit and connects to the case transport system.
has a powerful and accurate RAM (which is controlled by the Reload Tech App) that is automatically raised and lowered according to the task it is performing
can measure and record seating and de-seating force. This measurement can be displayed on the App or on a PC
When fitted with the appropriate die, the Reload Press can de-prime and neck size cases

4. The Reload Tech App is at the centre of the Reload Case Preparation System and controls all the data required for each individual case that is prepared.

The CIP case data for more than 2 000 cases is available on the Reload Tech App
Annealing parameters are calculated by the app for each case sent to the Reload Annealer
The Reload Press and its functions are controlled through the Reload Tech App.

The Reload Annealer is a fully automated induction case annealer that offers the following advantages:
