As such RT’s returns and refunds policy is designed to ensure that the reloader is completely satisfied with both our products and our service.
1 Money Back Guarantee
If a product purchased from RT does not meet the expectations of the purchaser, it may be returned to RT for a 100% refund.
2 Conditions for a refund:
2.1 Registration
On receipt of any RT product that is operated by the RT App the purchaser must register as a user on the App.
2.2 Time for return
To claim a 100% refund, the product purchased must be returned to RT within 30 days of receiving delivery of the product.
2.3 Packaging of returned item
The item being returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be repacked in the original packing material and sealed ready for return shipment. Contact RT on the contact email on the RT website to arrange collection of the returned item.
2.4 Refund
When the returned item is received by RT or their appointed agent in an acceptable condition, the full purchase price minus the return shipping cost shall be refunded to the same account from which the purchase was originally paid. Such payment shall be made within 14 days.
3 Product Warranty
All workmanship and materials of any RT product is warranted for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. RT shall repair or replace any malfunctioning product during this period free of charge, excluding any damage or malfunction caused by negligence or malicious acts. Parts subject to normal ware and tare and consumables are excluded from this warrantee. Shipping will be for the customer’s account.
